Description
Despite it’s classic and timeless look, this is a very unique pipe from Nick Johnson, and as he is always thinking outside the box (I don’t think he even knows where the box is), this is to be expected. Johnson is easily one of the most whimsical, conceptual, and creative pipe makers in the US.
The long oval shank with a billiard bowl makes this a Canadian, yet it has a Danish style plateau rim, and the shank is elongated via a briar inlay in the stem, hence it being a faux Canadian. Also, this may be the first and only bent Canadians ever made, that I know of at least.
This pipe measures 5 1/2″ long with a 1 3/8″ tall bowl.
