Description
Celebrating the Stokkebye family’s long history as tobacconists, this 2023 Pipe of the Year is a distinctive Billiard with straight walls and a flat bottom with an exaggerated heel. The rim is slightly rounded, and the saddle stem is attached to the shank with a copper band. It’s a striking, contemporary spin on the most classic of shapes. For this year’s offering, Stokkebye partnered with Belgian artisan Bruno Nuttens.
The pipe is 5 3/4″ long with a 1 7/8″ bowl.
The natural finish of this pipe has high-contrast grain in warm shades of blonde to red, in a brindle pattern with great birdseye on the top and bottom.
