Burley Blend Tobacco

AMERICAN TYPE. This has long been our nation's favorite. These blends are distinguished by the use of a granular burley as the base tobacco. Burley is slow burning, cool smoking, and blends well with about any type of tobacco. The combinations are endless, and the flavors delightful.

In honor of our 140th Anniversary, we are pleased to introduce our newest Burley, "1072". An exquisite Burley blend, "1072" is has a deep, rich taste. Delicious and profoundly satisfying.

BLEND No. 100:

A medium strength, slow burning, cool and aromatic blend of delightful flavor and aroma.

BLEND No. 101:

A remarkable blend of high-quality imported and domestic tobaccos with an Irish aromatic tobacco added.

BLEND No. 102:

A very mild and slightly sweet aromatic blend of unusual fragrance and flavor. Smokes cool and dry.

BLEND No. 33:

A rough-cut tobacco with just enough aromatic added to captivate your taste. Medium strength and slow burning.

Peretti's BPC:

A splendid burley plug cut which smokes sweet and cool.

NO NAME:

Truly the world's finest aromatic tobacco. A smooth blend created to be the one unique tobacco of our collection. Its aroma and mildness stand alone among tobaccos.

"ORIGINAL MIXTURE":

Here is one of our real old favorites once again available. A rich full-flavored aromatic blend, medium strength, slow burning and cool smoking.

BLEND B-94:

A blend we have made up specially for smokers who have desired a rich, smooth, rum-cured tobacco. Its unique flavor and pleasant aroma have made it a favorite.

WILD CHERRY BLEND:

Here is something new for the smoker who likes a sweet pleasant flavor and nice aroma. A good, mild blend with a distinctive flavor of wild cherries.

CUBAN MIXTURE:

Our oldest mixture, this combination of seven different tobaccos was originally blended by L. J. Peretti at the turn of the century. Exceptionally mild and smooth, it can be smoked all day by itself or blended with other mixtures for a milder effect.

BELMONT:

A blend that combines the mildness of Cavendish plus the cool smooth burning quality of Burley. A pleasant light aromatic blend.

BLEND No. 111:

The same unusual blending of eight quality tobaccos as in our Blend 101 except that a non-aromatic Irish tobacco is used. Fine flavor, but not aromatic.

IRISH MIST:

The most popular of our mild aromatic tobaccos. A mild slightly sweet tobacco with a delightful flavor and aroma.

BLEND D.D:

A cool, slow-burning blend that is quite sweet to the taste, and very fragrant. A good after-dinner smoke. It required 4 years to perfect this blend.

BLEND W:

A medium-strength, slow-burning, and cool-smoking blend. Very smooth with a nut-like flavor. Because of its smoking qualities, it gives a mild effect.

BLEND No. D-9575:

Here is a blend that combines the rich English flavors of Latakia and fire-cured Virginia, plus a burley base for coolness. It's smooth and spicy with a slight sweet tang.

BLEND No. 333:

A splendid blend for those who like a fairly heavy tobacco that is not aromatic, but is full of flavor. Very slow burning and cool.
