A pipe that does nothing by half measures: This is a deeply bent pipe with a handsomely shaped, saddle bit. The rustication is deep and tactile, and I love the subtle contrast of the pattern around the outside of the rim. The bowl is big, measuring 2 1/4″ tall, with walls half an inch thick! 6″ long overall. A perfect pipe for warming up by the fire with a great book.
Rinaldo pipes are made by brothers Guido and Elio Rinaldo, who trained in the Mastro de Paya factory and now run their own workshop, producing just 1500 pipes a year.
