Description
Ill Ceppo has a knack for creating pipes with Italian shaping and a very English sense of subtlety. This briar is a good example. The bowl is tall and has parallel walls while the shank is thin, making for an interesting contrast in its design. The blast, like most Ceppo blasts, is excellent. It shows off some nice ring grain and Birdseye in an even fashion. To top it all off, a small band is fitted to the shank and the rim of the pipe remains smooth, creating a hint of contrast to make this pipe an interesting piece.
