Description
Here is a Charatan estate pipe of their line “Executive” in beautiful condition with perfect 360 degree straight grain.
This particular pipe is a Dublin shape with a triangular paneled shank, giving this ubiquitous shape of theirs a unique spin. The panels were expertly shaped into the pipe as one would come to expect from Charatan. They were known for their superb hand working and hand shaping of their pipes and their unique take on the English shape chart.
Everything is original, it has been slightly cleaned, but has had no repairs. It is fitted with the original Charatan double-comfort stem, the original stamping and nomenclature is still visible on this pipe.
This lightly smoked pipe is part of a recently acquired estate of Charatan’s Make pipes from the 60s to the 80s. It has been our pleasure to lovingly restore these rare and iconic pipes.
Dimensions: 6 1/4″ long by 2″ tall
Materials: Briar and Ebonite
