Castello Oval Shanked Billiard 4K “Castello Castello”

Castello Oval Shanked Billiard 4K “Castello Castello”

Castello is easily one of, if not arguably, the best pipe brand in the world (This is not accounting for individual pipe maker/artisans, yet there pipes are also arguably on par with some of the best artisan pipe makers). They age and cure their own briar, unheard of amongst brands, producing high quality sweet smoking briar. There workers study the blocks, always bringing out the best grains and/or finish from the blocks, producing stunning works of art.

This “Castello Castello” 4K billiard has classic Italian shaping cues, and it has a mixed finish of tight straight grain wrapping around the bowl with rustication covering the entirety of the shank. These two contrasting finishes compliment each other perfectly, creating a beautifully cohesive pipe.
