There workers study the blocks, always bringing out the best grains and/or finish from the blocks, producing stunning works of art.
Castello “Collection” Paneled Brucianaso AKA No 10 KK, is a unique shape of theirs. It is a short, only 4 1/2″ in length, and squat with very muscular proportions; in this case it has a paneled bowl with beautiful straight grain on each flank. It has, as one would expect from Castello, subtle neo-classical Italian shaping cues, just enough to be clearly a Castello yet retain a classic aesthetic.
