Description
Well, here’s the shortest Dunhill pipe we’ve ever seen. Fitted with a saddle cut Cumberland stem, and measuring all of 2 3/4″ long, this is still a Group 4 with a 1 3/4″ tall bowl. The Cumberland sandblast is classic Dunhill, and it has a smooth rim and smooth bottom to make it a sitter. This is bound to be a great collectable for people who clench a pipe in their teeth, perfect for walks outside or other vigorous activity! It calls to mind the second mate of Moby Dick, Stubb, whose “short, black little pipe was one of the regular features of his face. You would almost as soon have expected him to turn out of his bunk without his nose as without his pipe.”
